  • Learning objectives:

    Employees will be able to employ a human-centered design thinking methodology and related tools that empower them to:

    • Step into others' lived experience with a program, service, process, etc. to feel what they feel while suspending their assumptions

    • Frame a problem based on others' lived experience which includes shining a light on others' functional and emotional needs

    • Unearth and discover creative ideas through adopting new frames or mental models

    • Translate their creative ideas into their innovative masterpiece that wows the users, stakeholders, and other beneficiaries

    • Refine and scale their innovative masterpiece towards full fruition and desired impact

  • Learning Outcomes:

    At the completion of all four Imagine Workshops, employees will be able to:

    • Develop a more collaborative and iterative style of work for groups/teams

    • Identify the drivers and inhibitors of innovation

    • Lead collaborative problem-solving testing and validate problem-solution fit

    • Create and present a business case, using compelling storytelling

    • Identify areas for improvement and drive process improvement from ideation to implementation
