I’m Inspired, Involved, and invested.

Welcome to the Office of IMpact & INnovation at Morehouse School of Medicine. I want to open our doors and invite you to join us as we imagine a future in which health and wellness are truly equitable.

For nearly 50 years, Morehouse School of Medicine has led advancements in healthcare quality and access. Our collective success is rooted in the extraordinary commitment of every alumnus, faculty, staff, and student. This fall, we are opening our doors to the largest incoming class, while we expand our academic and clinical reach, lead national healthcare conversations, and forge new partnerships.

Now, we are opening another door for our MSM community—an opportunity to become an intrapreneur through our Innovator’s Journey. This employee experience is supported through a proven, technology-enabled process that will give you, and us, the tools we need to dramatically scale our innovations to positively change health outcomes for our community, and beyond.

And this is just the beginning. Imagine what we will all do, together!

Inspired by 3 simple values

As our team builds out employee opportunities, programs, and tools, we are guided by a few simple, but key values—accountability, consistency, and transparency. Put in this order, they make for a snappy acronym, but also stand for our bias toward action.

When you work with us, you can expect us to live up to these values. And, we’ll expect you to, as well.

  • Accountability—We own our successes and our failures.

  • Consistency—We celebrate consistent progress over perfection.

  • Transparency—We believe that openness is paramount for trust.
